This divider, which is also a double-sided cabinet serves as
the lynchpin of the renovated living room of a Saratoga, CA home,
helping to define a new wing of the room in one direction and providing
entry way storage (kids' knapsacks, etc.) in the other.

Bookcase Wall System (Maple)

This bookcase wall system of five identical units joined together
makes an impressive statement in the living room of the Pacific Palisades’
home of an avid reader and music lover. The lower cabinets contain
additional storage space and pull-out drawers for music CDs and the
like.

Curio Cabinet (Red Oak)

This large curio cabinet, backed with mirrors
and illuminated internally with halogen lamps, was built for a Santa
Clarita, CA collector of beer mugs, who had lost much of his first collection
in an earthquake. He wanted the new collection protected inside a case
but still easily viewable and attractively displayed.

A family of heavy readers from Bellingham, WA had an odd wall
that needed definition. This bookcase was built to match those flanking
a fireplace on a facing wall.

Built-in Bookcases (Fir Plywood & Pine Trim)
149" long x 96" high x 12 ¼" deep

The Sierra Madre, CA family who commissioned these had had their
books in boxes for years. "They've look like they've always been
there," they said when the job was finished.
